I love this place! I just happened to stop in one day to see what they had to choose from. I want a new rug but haven’t been able to find the one that works best for my space and it has been a pain to buy a rug thinking it will be perfect and lug it home move all the furniture to get it placed and then find out it looks completely different in my living room than it did at the store 😩. I have done this many times and really have given up on the process and settle for what I have. BUT.... the day I walked into this place not expecting much at all, I was greeted with great enthusiasm and a genuine concern to find my style the customer service was like no other customer service I’ve ever received before. This was outstanding there’s so many rugs to choose from ranging in very high end and costly to very reasonable. Every size and style to suit anyone and everyone and any space. You are sure to find the perfect rug at Fort Worth rugs. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE ....... is that not only do they work with you and advise you they have you pick 3 to 4 rugs out and bring them to your home and move all your stuff and show you how the rug looks in your space!!!!!!! There isn’t any additional charge involved this is what they do for everyone. They truly seek to give you the best service and desire you to be please and happy. Kindness and professionalism is beyond 5 stars ❤️!

  Helpful and knowledgeable about rugs as they repaired and cleaned several of my old rugs. They did a wonderful job repairing an older rug and told me about where they thought it was made and how old it was. Also gave me advice on how to clean and maintain. Prices were reasonable for the high-quality of work. Will use them again for cleaning and fixing.

  We had been looking for a good rug for a year before eventually visiting Fort Worth rugs. The owner was very knowledgeable about rugs. They were very patient and helpful during our search for the rug that was aesthetically pleasing to us and also within our price range. It was fun looking for a rug with them.   I just bought a rug from these guys and i was told that i was getting a good deal but i found same rug somewhere else much cheaper. once i decided to return it then they wouldn't take it back or even exchange it so i got stuck with it. I hate it when they lie about something when you are ready to trust them and buy something from them in order to just support them then they make you pay cash money so they wouldn't have to give an invoice. I don't recommend this place at all

  Outstanding fringe repair work! They also did a terrific job cleaning my wool rug that had lots of pet urine. I highly reccommend them.

  I’ll make this review short. My wife and I spent weeks looking for the right carpet for our living room in our new home with no success. That is until we found Fort Worth Carpet. Within minutes of arriving at the store we knew that we found the right place to shop for an area rug and runner that we were looking for. We spoke with Ashley the sales consultant an explained the style of area rug that we were looking for. We showed her a photo of the area that we wanted To place it and she showed us several suggestions even then we could not decide on the correct size for the room do Ashley suggested that she come to the house with several carpenters of different sizes and see if we liked the color and fit. We took her up on that and found the perfect fit for us. We had ask her to also bring a couple of runners for our entryway hall which she did. We chose one of the runners so she had her technician cut and position a pad for the runner on the spot and laid it before leaving. This is the best service that I have ever experienced and highly recommend doing business with this shop. We will be back.

  We bought an amazing living room rug here on Monday! Amazing customer service. Such kindness to my two girls who's attention is hard to keep when their parents really need to look at something.   Fort Worth Rugs did an amazing job of cleaning a large silk rug. I had it cleaned previously by a different company, but it never looked clean. FWR took extra care and time to make sure this rug looked its very best. I couldn't be happier with the rug or their service. I highly recommend them!

  Have had an excellent experience with Ashley and the Fort Worth Rug team. Stopped by the showroom after having read some reviews and were impressed by the large in-stock inventory. We have purchased several hand-made rugs in the past but didn’t really take the time to understand much more than what we liked in color and pattern. Ashley spent a considerable amount of time discussing options and asking questions about our style and preferences. We returned the next day with pictures of our home and selected a few options to try for an in-home consultation. Ashley and her team brought several of the rugs to our home and we purchased a rug for our living room and another one for our morning room. She also evaluated our existing rugs and took a large rug and two runners back for cleaning. She even offered suggestions about how to use our legacy rugs that didn’t quite “fit” our new home. The entire experience was exemplary and stress-free while also being a learning experience. Ashley and her team take great pride in explaining the rug-making craft and the regional differences. I appreciate when someone is passionate about their profession and willing to take the time to share their knowledge.

  I was looking for a rug store to repair and clean our living room rug and I was also in the market for a new rug for our dining room. The reviews for Fort Worth Rugs, and Ashley in particular, were extremely positive, so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. They did an excellent job on our living room rug (it had been attacked by our new puppy). It looks like a new rug. Also, I was really struggling trying to find just the right rug for our dining room. Ashley offered us a home trial and after trying several options she knew that we weren’t in love with the choices.
